These Terms & Conditions govern all products and services provided, including Care Packages, Companion & Lifestyle Support Services, and Senior Events. By purchasing, booking, or participating, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

Care Packages are curated consumer products intended for general wellness and comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Companion & Lifestyle Support Services are strictly non-medical and non-clinical. We do not provide nursing care, personal care, medication administration, medical supervision, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

Senior Events are recreational and social activities only. They are not healthcare, therapy, rehabilitation, or medical programs.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own healthcare providers and emergency support where necessary.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

·        Provide accurate and complete information

·        Disclose relevant safety or mobility concerns

·        Use products as intended

·        Seek professional medical advice when required

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions or misuse of products.

3. Payments & Pricing

Full payment is required prior to product delivery, service commencement, or event participation unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, substitute items, or cancel services or events due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation policies will be communicated at booking. Fees may apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

·        Medical outcomes or health-related incidents

·        Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

·        Allergic reactions or undisclosed conditions

·        Events beyond our reasonable control

Participation and product use are at the client’s own risk.

6. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion if:

·        Services requested fall outside our scope

·        Safety concerns arise

·        These Terms are violated
